- Clients are requested to provide accurate details to avoid delays or cancellations.
- Mqoola Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, or technician availability).
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices will be quoted in advance, either as fixed rates or estimates based on the nature of the service.
- Additional charges may apply for extra work not included in the original agreement.
- Payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment for cancellations or changes.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to compensate for the reserved time slot.
5. Service Warranty
- We stand by the quality of our work and may offer limited warranties for specific services.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion for review.
- The warranty may be voided if third-party interference or misuse occurs.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.
- All valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed prior to service.
- If special access (e.g., building security clearance) is required, the client must arrange it in advance.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Mqoola Services will take every precaution to ensure safe and proper service. However:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing property conditions, hidden damages, or client-provided materials.
- Clients must report any service-related concerns promptly for resolution.
